Return Window
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not refundable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Method
Milo Kidz does not provide monetary refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Store credit is issued immediately after the return is approved.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
After the damaged item is returned, customers may choose one of the following:
• Replacement of the same item
• Store credit refund
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us. The incorrect item must remain:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags attached
Once confirmed, we will ship the correct item.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, we will cover the shipping cost and send the missing item.
